
Simple Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
Instructions
- Combine beans, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, oil and pepper in blender. Blend on low speed until beans are mashed and smooth.
- Stir in yogurt with a spoon.
- Refrigerate for several hours (or overnight) so the flavors blend.
- Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
