Susie Craig

Susie Craig joined Washington State University in 1997. Currently, she is an Extension professor focusing on food safety and health. She has also taught food science and nutrition at West Virginia University, West Virginia State University, and served as a Program Leader in Nutrition and Health for Cornell University Extension. She is happy to provide faculty support to the best SNAP-Ed nutrition team in the state.
