Svetlana Melnichuk

Svetlana Melnichuk has more than 15 years experience as a community health educator and is in her seventh year of employment with WSU Pierce County Extension. Her outreach and work with children and adults is well known and respected in the local community. She speaks Russian, Ukrainian and some Moldavian and serves as interpreter and educator for the Tacoma Metro Parks Community Garden and Food Forest and as an emergency on-call interpreter for the Tacoma Public Schools.
