Karen Faverty

Karen is a part-time Clallam County Nutrition Educator and has over 16 years Food $ense experience. She currently provides Whole School Approach Nutrition Education at Jefferson and Roosevelt Elementary Schools. The things she loves most about her job is seeing the light go on in a child’s eyes when they “get it” and are excited because they learned something new, she LOVES teaching!

When Karen is not at work she enjoys jewelry making, doing anything creative and spending time with her husband and dog.
