Kelly Kern

I am a nutrition educator in Spokane county. I teach k-6 nutrition education classes in 3 schools in the East Valley School District. With the Food $ense program, I have worked with English Language Learners, alternative high school students, developmentally and behaviorally challenged students, teen parents, preschoolers and senior citizens. I enjoy working with partners that have a food insecurity focus.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outside especially on a lake or ocean and spending time with my granddaughter.
