Warm Apple Cider
- 1 (64 fluid ounce) bottle apple cider
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon whole allspice
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
Warm apple cider and spices on stove top.
Cran-licious Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup 100% mixed cranberry juice
2 cups frozen strawberries, without sugar
6 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Each serving provides: An excellent source of vitamin C, and a good source of calcium, potassium and fiber.

That apple cider recipe is even better if you toss in the juice of an orange or a couple spoonfuls of orange juice concentrate.
For a fun variation and more chai-like flavor, you can add a couple pods of cardamom, too.
